New Beit Midrash and synagogue

Construction of a new synagogue and Beit Midrash building in Rehovot,  on a 16,000 square-foot lot. Expanding our activities and building a large spiritual center – Ateret Mordechai Eliyahu – in memory of former Sephardic Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu ztz”l

In fulfillment of Hashem’s blessing and the words of the prophet Isaiah, “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of your habitations, spare not; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes” (Isaiah 54:2). We have received all the permits and the allocation of land in a central location in Rehovot, and are starting to build.

Now we need you partnership.

Your donation will help build a center for Torah and chesed in Eretz Yisrael, a permanent building on the soil of Eretz Yisrael, a place for the Divine spirit, every hour of every day.

  • We invite you to partner with us in building the new spiritual center, which will be a spiritual beacon for the surrounding area.
  • We invite you to partner with us in expanding the activities of our NPO, teaching Torah and doing chesed.
  • We invite you to be a part of eternity, in helping to build a spiritual center that will illuminate the world with its Torah study and the love of the “Father of all Israel,” Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu ztz”l.

Donation options

In addition to the building itself, in order to bring the center from the planning stage to reality we ask for your help in sponsoring: furnishings, the air conditioning system, the interior design, wheelchair accessibility, the Aron Kodesh, classrooms or any other dedication you would like to request.

If you would like to make a donation in honor or in memory of a loved one in a particular part of the building, please contact us at ateretme@gmail.com.

We welcome any partnership suggestions and are confidant the Hashem’s blessing will be granted to everyone who joins our efforts.
